Sign the Liability Release form and bring it with you.

Step 3
Payment-in-full is due four weeks from date of departure.

The Nitrox package includes the tank and all Nitrox fills for the trip. Nitrox packages must be requested and paid for in advance or you will be required to pay $10 per fill aboard the boat. All Nitrox fills will be 32% EANx.

 

  
REFUND POLICY 

FULL REFUNDS: If you cancel four weeks out or if the trip is canceled due to weather, mechanical problems, etc.
