IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. A deposit of $150 will hold one spot on the M/V Fling with the balance due no later than 31 days prior to departure.

2. If you cancel outside of 31 days, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel on or inside of 31 days, your payment will be forfeited until your space is filled. If you must cancel for any reason, please contact 512-451-3425.

3. Full refunds will be made when a trip is cancelled prior to leaving the dock due to weather, mechanical problems, etc. Partial refunds for any trip cut short due to mechanical problems will be determined by both Gulf Diving, LLC. and the dive store(s) involved on a case-by-case basis based on number of dives offered. Vouchers will be issued for trips cut short for any reason other than mechanical, again based on number of dives offered. We are confident that passengers will feel they have been treated fairly.

4. Please allow at least 4 hours drive time from Austin to Freeport.

5. The Boat boards promptly at 8:30 pm the night of departure. The dates advertised as the trip dates are the dive days. You board the boat the evening prior to the dive dates.

6.The boat will return to the dock around 7:00 pm on the last day.

7. All divers must bring their LOG BOOK and CERTIFICATION CARD.

8. Sunblock, towel, hat, sun glasses and motion sickness medication are highly recommended. Loss of dives due to sea-sickness or weather conditions does not warrant a refund.

9. All divers must provide all the following scuba equipment: ONE FULL TANK, (if the TANK IS AN ALUMINUM TANK the original Hydro date must be after May 31st, 1988). A REGULATOR WITH OCTOPUS,PRESSURE AND DEPTH GAUGE, BOTTOM TIMER or UNDERWATER WATCH, BC WITH LOW PRESSURE INFLATOR, MASK & SNORKEL, BOOTIES & FINS, WEIGHT BELT and WEIGHTS and the appropriate thermal protection. Dive Computers are Highly Recommended.

10. If you plan to do the night dive, primary and backup lights and a cyalume stick are required.

11. For safety purposes we HIGHLY RECOMMEND a minimum of either a SEE ME and/or DIVE ALERT.

12. The decision concerning the weather is made by the boat owners of the M/V Fling or M/V Spree the day of departure. Each diver needs to call 512-451-3425 the day of departure (after 1:00 pm.) to confirm departure. On holidays or Sundays call 979-233-4445.

13. Space is limited so please don't bring an ice chest or soft drinks or food. No refrigerated space is available. The Fling /Spree will provide a continental breakfast, hot breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks in-between meals,coffee, lemonade and gatorade. Soda and beer may be purchased from the galley.

14. ALL divers must abide by the rules of the boat, no exceptions.
