Many of the more exciting, intriguing dive sites are found in waters that require advanced training. The advanced class covers the knowledge, skills and equipment in a minimum of four skill areas: night/limited visibility, deep diving, navigation and search and recovery.
This course is designed for divers looking to enhance their diving experience. The two-week advanced course not only gives you an advanced rating, but you walk away with at least four specialty certifications. These certifications include: Night/Limited Visibility, Deep Diving, Navigation and Search and Recovery. This exceptional advanced course prepares a diver to join the professional ranks of scuba diving.
The class meets Tuesdays and Fridays for two consecutive weeks from 6:30 pm to 10:30 p.m. Both weekends of this course will be used for the training dives. A minimum of 8 dives are planned, and weather permitting we strive to meet around 10 to 12 dives.
