Advanced Open Water Classes

Many of the more exciting, intriguing dive sites are found in waters that require advanced training. The advanced class covers the knowledge, skills and equipment in a minimum of four skill areas: night/limited visibility, deep diving, navigation and search and recovery.

This course is designed for divers looking to enhance their diving experience. The two-week advanced course not only gives you an advanced rating, but you walk away with at least four specialty certifications. These certifications include: Night/Limited Visibility, Deep Diving, Navigation and Search and Recovery. This exceptional advanced course prepares a diver to join the professional ranks of scuba diving.

Advanced Open Water Card The class meets Tuesdays and Fridays for two consecutive weeks from 6:30 pm to 10:30 p.m. Both weekends of this course will be used for the training dives. A minimum of 8 dives are planned, and weather permitting we strive to meet around 10 to 12 dives.

Cost: $200 + Books

Step 3	Pick up the books (recommended at least one week before the class).

Prerequisites

Required Items

Open Water Certified
Minimum of 15 years old
24 or more logged dives (must be completed before you receive your advanced card)
Medical History Form (must be completed and signed if necessary)

Class Materials (four books)
All of your own personal dive equipment (This equipment can be rented*)

* 1/2 Price Rentals - On any equipment you need for the lake.

* Tanks will be provided at no charge for this course.
