This course examines strategies for accelerated decompression. Divers are presented with the option of multiple Nitrox blends and the use of 100% oxygen and Divers will learn advanced pO2 management procedures to control CNS toxicity. Training dives are conducted to depths as deep as 180 ft (55 m) and two gasses are used for stage decompression.
 

Prerequisites:

• 18 years old
• Certified in:
  • Advanced Open Water
  • Deep Diver
  • Stress & Rescue
  • Enriched Air Nitrox
  • Navigation, wreck or cavern
  • DAN Oxygen Provider
  • Decompression Procedures or Normoxic Trimix
• 75 logged dives
• 10 logged air, nitrox or normoxic trimix dives using a 50/50 stage.
• 6 logged Nitrox dives
